Yoga and Meditation to embrace
the journey with our
Body, Mind, Heart & Soul
Our day will filled with wonder, growth and renewal. It begins with an early morning, all abilities yoga and meditation practice to let the body and mind wake up to unity.
Breakfast will be provided following practice.
We will then let the land reveal to what ever arises in your soul as we venture into the forest or prairie for a mindful, intuitive soul walk. We encourage you to bring your journals on your walk and allow the landscape to speak to you.
Upon returning from our walking meditation, we will share our experiences (optional) and then enjoy lunch together.
Following lunch there will be a short time for you to do what your heart and soul desires before we meet again for some creative art. You may also choose art immediately following lunch and then rest, walk, journal, etc.....
We'll then have a restorative yoga practice designed to allow you to go inward where consciousness flows, time to listen and observe and allow transformation to take place.
A healthful meal will be served and we will proceed for a guided soul journey by the fire.
