Yoga is back at GCC! 

All-levels welcome.

On Tuesdays evenings, join us for this weekly class as we gently and mindfully

bring movement to all areas of the body. This class incorporates gentle movements, with ease of breath and longer-held stretching poses. Classes conclude with a 15 minute relaxation and meditation.

Come enjoy all the benefits of a yoga practice....improved posture and balance, better concentration, overall increase in energy, a loving and caring community of like-minded practioners all the while giving yourself some love!

Please bring with you any and all yoga props that you may like to use...mat, blanket, blocks, strap, eye pillow are just some suggestions. No props will be provided at this time.

Rates are $12 for one-at-a-time/pay as you go or you may purchase a 5 class package for $50.

Doors will open at 6:15. The only doors we will be accessing are in the church parking lot, on Southway. You may also park across the street at the athletic fields. Please use the crosswalk.

Upon entry, we will be doing a temperature check and a short check-in form. We are limited to 12 yogi's. Sign up is a must. If you sign up and then realize you are unable to attend, as best you can, please cancel 12 hours in advance so that the next person on the waitlist has a chance to scoop up your spot! If spots are open within 5 minutes to start of class, walk-ins are welcome. Masks must be worn per our state mandate. Please know that our space will be cleaned and sanitized before and after class.
