About the event
Join us for an evening of mindful movement, quiet stillness and community to bring greater awareness to all the layers of your being. This gentle yoga practice will include yogic postures meant to increase ease of movement in your every day, breathing technqiues to calm the mind, mudras to integrate more fully with body and breath, and meditation to connect to your deepest Self.
By using the teachings of yoga, it is my hope that you experience wholeness in all aspects of your day to day life.
Covid Guidelines: Currently our space is limited to 9 participants so registration is required. You are required to bring your own yoga mat and any other props that you may like to use (suggestions: blanket, eye pillow, yoga blocks, yoga strap). Also, please arrive and leave wearing a facemask. You may remove your mask during your practice.
Reservation: If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please kindly cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance so that your space may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Rates: $12 per person, drop in or you can purchase a 5 class package for $50. There is no expiration date for the class packages. Cash (please bring exact change), Check or Venmo (
