Although all yoga is potentially therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools-postures/exercises, breath work, meditation techniques, and more-to address a persons physical, mental and emotional needs. -IAYT

Yoga therapy is more than a practice you do a couple times a week with a teacher. In our private sessions, you will be given the tools you need to safely and confidently practice on your own, wherever and whenever you need. This practice is about empowering you to reach your health goals.
